These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CrewRoster iOS application ("the App"), published by Mobile Alchemy ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to the extent not superseded here.
CrewRoster converts airline roster text, PDFs and screenshots into a structured duty calendar, detects changes between imports, and can sync duties into your device calendar. The App's free tier includes roster import, the roster view, change alerts, calendar sync and widgets. Additional features are available through the optional CrewRoster Pro purchase.
The App displays information parsed from documents you provide. Parsing can be imperfect and rosters change. Your airline's crew portal and official communications remain the sole authoritative source for your schedule. Always verify report times, flights and rest against official sources. We accept no liability for missed duties, misread times or schedule discrepancies.
Pro's duty- and rest-time indications (e.g. FAR 117-based checks) are simplified, informational aids only. They are not a compliance tool, do not account for every rule, exception or your airline's OpSpecs, and must not be used to make legality determinations. Responsibility for flight- and duty-time compliance rests with you and your airline.
You may only import rosters and documents you are entitled to use. You are responsible for complying with your airline's policies regarding schedule data.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
